The building consists of three floors, each floor has one apartment. The ground floor apartment uses the garden area with a swimming pool. The top floor apartment uses the roof area with a spacious terrace. All apartments have large terraces with attractive views. The terraces have sliding shutters that create greater intimacy and comfort on the terraces, and are an important element of the building's visual identity. Due to the narrow plot and the proximity of the planned neighboring buildings, the use of large windows was only possible on one facade, while smaller, more intimate openings were planned on the others.
