The house consists three ground-floor volumes and one multi-story volume. The volumes are positioned to form a central atrium with a swimming pool. The multi-story volume houses the main house's facilities, the two ground-floor volumes are guest apartments, and the third ground-floor volume houses the common facilities (SPA, indoor swimming pool). The design of the house is characterized by 'clean', simple lines and 'calm' volumes. Reinterpretation of traditional architecture is reflected in the widows design, design of the highest roof and the use of traditional masonry stone on the facade. An element that also combines modernity and tradition are the wooden sliding shutters. The highest and dominant roof of the building is shaped as a sloping roof, while the roofs of the ground-floor parts of the building are shaped as flat roofs due to function of the house and horizontal and vertical composition. In terms of form, the house has a dominant horizontal volume, which is 'counterbalanced' by the volume of largest residential unit. On the south facade there is a solar chimney, a transparent glass element that improves the natural circulation of the living room and kitchen area, through the natural buoyancy of warm air, minimizing the use of air conditioning devices.
