The building is located on the Adriatic coast near Zadar, on a L-shaped plot. It surroundings consist compact and unplanned building area, so its pronounced geometry on the facade contributes to creating order in the space. The geometry of elegant proportions stems arises from the construction and logic of the building's function. The design is also characterized by large covered terraces, with high-quality rolo fabric shading, so that they can be used throughout the day during the summer period. The terrain slope was used to design elevated garden of the ground floor apartment, elevated regarding access road and parking lot. There is one apartment on each floor. Roof was used for installations.
