Height difference between the access road and the parcel, which is up to 3m, shaped the concept of the design. The house is designed according to the mezzanines principle in order to achieve a simpler communication between floors, and therefore a simpler connection between the main entrance and garden-oriented living room. The design of the outer membrane is also affected by the half-floor principle additionally emphasized with wooden cladding on the facade.
