This multi-functional complex includes a bus station, a shopping mall, an overground garage and a cruise terminal. The garage is 'hidden' in the central part of the complex which enables main facilities to be located and visible at its edges. Design enables the complex to be 'opened' to the city and in that way attracts and generates visitors coming from the city's direction.
